This Week in Golf – 5/10/2022
Although the temperature was in the sixties, a brisk breeze made it feel cooler, especially as the sun started to go
down.  At least it didn’t rain.
Once again this week, Joe Shea had the low round of the night, with a score of 44 on the back nine.
The low net score for the week belonged to Judi Gray.  Her net score of three under par on the front nine tied her
for the Low Net B score for the year.  Hers was the only sub-par net score for the week.
Mike Nolan recorded the first birdie of the season on the par 5 12th hole.
The Closest to the Pin prize was more hotly contested this week.  In the end, Mary Geary took the prize with a
distance of just over 9 feet on the 14th hole.
